My Favorite Fall Color Palette
I know that for most, a fall wardrobe revolves mostly around red, yellow and orange, and an overall warm color palette. And I get why - inspired by fall foliage, it’s seasonal, and it’s trendy. But for me, I’ve always been most comfortable wearing cool tones like blues and grey! I can’t remember how many times I’ve purchased sweaters in traditional fall colors like red or yellow only to exchange them for something that just feels more comfortable to me- usually black, white, blue or grey. Wearing a color that I don’t normally wear just because it’s fall always feels like I’m trying too hard! So today’s post goes out to all the girls that just want to stick to their usual color palette.
SHOP COOL TONES FOR FALL
One of my favorite jackets for fall is a tweed jacket, and I love this Iro jacket because it’s seriously so comfortable! It doesn’t feel overly structured like a blazer, and it’s soo soft. I paired it over this gorgeous teal silk camisole from Paige and my trusty blue jeans from Frame. To tie the look together I paired it with my black Celine Sunglasses and black Manolo Blahnik pumps.
I’m curious to know, do you switch up your whole wardrobe come September? Or do you like to stick to the same colors year round? I’d love to hear in the comments below!
